Abstract:High altitude region is an important strategic area for national defense and economic construction in our country. Trauma caused by various reasons in high altitude region occurs from time to time. Traumatic coagulopathy and trauma induced coagulopathy are important factors that threaten the health of the wounded. Recent relevant researches reveal that the special geographical environment of the plateau region can affect the coagulation function of normal migrants from the plain, and appear the state of hypercoagulability and fibrinolysis. Posttraumatic coagulation abnormalities in plateau regions are also mainly manifested as difficult to correct the hypercoagulability. According to previous studies, the author puts forward the possible related characteristics of traumatic coagulopathy in plateau regions, and provides important reference for the followup guidance of the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic coagulation abnormalities and trauma induced coagulopathy in peacetime and wartime.
