Abstract:The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is an international unified disease classification system formulated by WHO. Mental, behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorders are one of the important chapters. With the change of times and the change of the spectrum of human diseases, the ICD is constantly revised. The eleventh revision of the ICD (ICD-11), which will be used on January 1, 2022 globally, is much different from the tenth revision (ICD-10). This article compares the changes of the two revisions in framework structure, coding structure, and contents of "mental, behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorders" chapter to make clinical workers to better use ICD11.
