Abstract:Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies in digestive system and the second leading cause of cancer-related death. It has complicated pathogenesis, limited clinical treatments and poor prognosis. The screening and establishment of Aptamers can be used for molecular biological cell detection, image analysis and targeted therapy so as to be a new hope for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Relevant studies have made a good start from the detection of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and molecular markers, providing a new direction for the further progression of interfering signal pathways, mediating genes and targeted therapy. This review concentrates on the clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma, the principle of Aptamer experiment and its progress in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
